My first experience with Q3, but not my last. I had an issue that was causing the coolant Level to appear low. No leaks were detected. Q3 addressed the issue, got approval from my service agreement company, got the part, fixed the vehicle within two days my vehicle is running like new. Not to mention we are in the middle of everything being slower that normal so when you visit any repair shop give grace so you can receive the same. Thanks Q3 you guys completely rock!! Kudos Von great service, pleasant and helpful environment and great staff/shop sir!

Q3 checked all the boxes for me. I called and asked if I could get in on a Saturday so we wouldn't have to take off work and they were happy to schedule me an appointment. My boyfriend needed his breaks done and we were stressed about it for weeks because of how expensive it would be. Q3 gave us a great discount and the prices were more than reasonable. They were done in less than 2 hours, we walked down the street to get lunch and it was pretty much ready by the time we got back.

I came in because i felt a jerk in my vehicle, The Staff was professional and explained everything in simple terms without any extra surprises, They diagnosed my vehicle and discovered my transmission is bad, Provided proof of failure, Fixed my vehicle

I was in town for a concert and on our way home the next day, my car started running hot! Luckily We made it to Q3!!! All the employees were extremely nice! They quickly found out that I needed to replace the thermostat. Von picked up the part and we were back on the road by 3:00. So very thankful we found Q3! Fast, efficient and a fair price!!!

I'm an over the road truck driver and was in DC when I had some brake issues. Called these guys, told them I was in a pinch and needed my brakes fixed asap. They dropped everything and got to me immediately. They did a great job and got me on the road in a timely manner. I would go back to them anytime. Good people to work with.

I took my car to get serviced. I had a good experience. I had to get a diagnostic test to know what the actual problem was, so I had to wait. I just want to say that the test didn’t take long and after the issue was identified, he got the approval from my warranty company and almost immediately they started working on my car. I automatically assumed that I would have to leave the car and come back and get it. That was not the case it was fixed the same day. I was very satisfied with the timely manner in which my car was serviced. I highly recommend this shop to others.

Q3 auto was a great find for me with my old mechanic going out of business. Von and the rest of the staff made my vehicle a top priority. The car was in and out the same day. The prices were fair. They didn't try to upsell me, and they gave me advice on things I should look out for in the future.

I'm very pleased with the friendly, yet professional service I received. I called the shop Thursday evening to tell them there was a scraping sound; which my husband said was my brakes. I was given an appointment the next day on Friday; because I told them I had to go out of town on Sunday. I arrived at around 9:30am and they were very busy, yet a mechanic checked my car right away; confirmed the back brakes needed to be replaced ASAP and suggested I get the front brakes done because they would require changing soon. I agreed, and told I had to wait there until they finished. They got brakes and were finished within an hour and a half. They had done a cursory inspection and found a strut replaced by them a month ago was leaking oil. We made arrangements for me to bring the car back to replace it, because it was covered by the warranty. I'm a senior with a disability and I need dependable transportation; the mechanics at Q3 make sure my car is in good working order.

I was mad as hell at these ppl. They had my truck for over a week an i had no idea what was wrong with it or how much it would cost to fix. I put off bills and unscheduled things with my kids to make sure i could cover the bill. But once i called and got all the information, i saw that they worked hard to figure out what was wrong. Even found some issues i was unaware of that could have put me and my children in danger. Fixed the issues and at a great price. It wasnt my ideal experience, but it goes to show that professionalism and general care for your customers means more than reaching deadlines or speeding through work for your convenience. I really appreciate these guys man.

I’ve taken my car to Jaguar dealerships and Jaguar specialists and the quality of their work and service is not on Q3’s level AT ALL. I’m so glad I found this shop and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Shout out to Von because I was ready to sell my Jaguar before I came to them.

One of the best shops I have been too. Treated me like family and got my oil pressure sensors fixed just fine. My car was not retaining oil pressure before I took it to them, but runs great now.

This is the best place I have been to get my vehicle serviced. I had received a diagnostic from a major dealership shop and they really tried to burn me on some work needed done for a ridiculous amount of money. This place is very honest and knowledgeable about any type of vehicles. Let them do the work on my car and they did a outstanding job fixing the vehicle and very fair on the price 💰. Here on out this will be the only place for me to go to get anything done on my car.👍🏿👍🏿

It was by the grace of God that I found them was having trouble with my car making noise the owner diagnosed it everyone was very courteous and polite the work was done very professionally I will not be going back to where I used to get my car repaired they have my business from now on
